PROBLEMS AT WORK

While work has the ability to provide fulfilment, enjoyment and a sense of identity and achievement, it also has the ability, at times, to provide stress, crises, and even injury.

Are you, or someone you are responsible for, having problems with:

- Performance/complaints/litigation?

- Relating to colleagues?
- Stress or lack of confidence?

- work/life balance?
- Bullying or harassment? (read more)
- Burnout?

All work-related problems present two challenges: the problem itself, and the secondary damage to a person’s mental and/or physical health. This may include anxiety, fatigue, depression, insomnia, psycho-somatic disorders. Coaching provides methods both for tackling the specific problem, and for dealing with the psychological effects.

People who are going through proceedings with their professional body need special support, to gain understanding  and insight into what they have been charged with, and what they can do about it, and also to help deal with what is an extraordinarily stressful and lengthy process. I work closely with solicitors and others to support professionals through this period, providing reports where appropriate.
